Joel Hawkins

Joel has been a developer since 1995. He started his career at Knight Frank before moving to Welbeck Land. Joel established Bell Hammer in 2000.

Patrick joined Bell Hammer in 2006, having previously worked at Arlington Securities and Taylor Woodroow. He has over 23 years experience in managing all aspects of the development process.
