Joel has been a developer since 1995. He started his career at Knight Frank before moving to Welbeck Land. Joel established Bell Hammer in 2000.
Patrick joined Bell Hammer in 2006, having previously worked at Arlington Securities and Taylor Woodroow. He has over 15 years experience in managing all aspects of the development process.
Our new development projects are benchmarked against the BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and our aim is to achieve a BREEAM rating of “Excellent” wherever possible. Our buildings are also designed to promote a sense of wellbeing by ensuring a greater engagement between occupier and building.
In addition, all projects adhere to the requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and assess the energy performance of the buildings, where our aim is to achieve a minimum EPC rating of “B” on all new buildings.
