Bell Hammer, the UK office and logistics developer, is continuing to build its team to support ongoing development activity with the appointment of Colin Hall.

Colin will be responsible for originating and delivering development opportunities for both existing and new funding partners, working closely with the wider Bell Hammer team, including Rob Howe the recently appointed Head of Investment, with a focus on the logistics and office sectors.

In his previous role at ESR Europe, Colin was Head of Development Management responsible for the delivery of a pan-European development portfolio across the industrial, office and living sectors with a construction value in excess of £500M. He previously spent 16 years with Standard Life/abrdn delivering prime office, logistics and living developments in core UK and European markets including the abrdn global head office in Edinburgh.
