Demolition has started on site to make way for new office.

Bell Hammer’s new development – Rosebery House – will provide 150,000 sq ft of sustainable Grade A office space in the heart of Edinburgh, adjacent to one of Scotland’s main transport hubs, with generous public spaces and views across the city’s historic skyline.
