Planning for new industrial development in Luton approved

In partnership with Aviva Investors, Bell Hammer is pleased to announce that full planning approval for Milla Park, Luton, has been secured.

Milla Park is a major new industrial development at Junction 11 of the M1. The scheme will deliver 382,000 sq ft of high-quality space across six units, ranging from 13,500 to 128,000 sq ft., with construction targeted to commence in Q2 2026.
