Rob Howe joins Bell Hammer
13th January 2025Howe, the former head of European real estate at Arrow Capital Partners, joins Bell Hammer as it expands its remit to the logistics sector.
Traditionally office-focused, Bell Hammer has recently secured new logistics projects totalling more than 2m sq ft.
Howe will be responsible for originating investment and development opportunities across sectors for both existing funding partners and new equity sources. He will work closely with the development team on their mandates to ensure they are delivered seamlessly to the market.
In his previous role at Arrow, Howe led a team that sourced and acquired a €2bn pan-European logistics portfolio. Before joining Arrow in 2020, Howe spent 10 years at the firm he founded, Cadence REIM, having previously been head of UK real estate at Valad and a director at Green Property.
